With more than 20,000 inhabitants, Aït Ourir is more the big city of the Al Haouz area. Built around the Zate wadi, Aït Ourir marks the end of the plain of Haouz.

Ourir has: in Arabic, آيت ورير.

SituationSituation

Aït Ourir is located in the Marrakech-Tensift-Al Haouz area, to 34 km of Marrakech on the traditional caravan road which connects Marrakech to Ouarzazate passing by the collar of Tichka.
